Data on your device

Yomine stores the text, images, folders, tags, page links, text revision history, reading positions, favorites, completed reading ranges, and settings you add on your device to provide its features. Device-wide backup handling also depends on your iOS and iCloud settings. Text shared from other apps is temporarily stored in the app group's shared storage and removed there after import.

Reading aloud

Yomine uses Apple's speech features available on your iPhone. It does not send your text to an external text-to-speech API to generate audio. Additional voice downloads may use Apple's services.

Optional Google Drive

If you connect Google Drive and choose sync or restore, text, images, history, organization, and reading information are transferred between your device and your Google Drive. Tokens needed to maintain the connection are kept in the device Keychain. Yomine does not store your Google Account password. Keychain information may remain after app deletion; a normal new installation asks for connection permission again.

Google API data is used only for the backup, sync, and restore you request, never for advertising, sale, or AI model training. Use and transfer of that data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Yomine requests drive.file access for files it creates or that you explicitly authorize. It does not request unrestricted access to all Drive files. Disconnecting does not automatically delete files already saved in Drive. You can manage the dedicated 読み音 folder yourself.

Purchases

Apple handles payments. Yomine uses StoreKit transaction information to check purchase status and the free trial period. The operator does not receive your payment card details.

Advertising and analytics

Yomine does not include advertising or third-party behavioral tracking SDKs. There is no feature that collects your note contents on a server operated by Yomine. Transfers to services you choose, such as Google Drive, are described above.

Export and deletion

You can export saved content and backups. Pages can be moved to Trash, then permanently deleted after confirmation. Exported backups and files saved separately before restore remain separate and should be managed by you. App deletion normally deletes local data; offloading and restoring a device backup are different operations. App deletion does not delete Apple purchase history or Drive backups. You can also revoke Google access in your Google Account connections. Drive deletions are reflected on your next manual sync.

Support information

Information you send when contacting support is used to answer your inquiry, investigate issues, and handle misuse. Support information is kept while needed, then deleted unless retention is required by law. Inquiries are sent and received through email services. Contact the operator to request access, correction, or deletion of information held by the operator. Local notes and your Drive data are managed by you. Do not send passwords, authorization codes, or content you do not wish to share.

Contact and updates

The operator may update this policy when features or data handling change. Material changes will be announced on this site or in the app.
